Responsible for the eye test room, perform eye tests and prescription writing and partake in sales activities to achieve store sales targets while providing world class customer services in accord with Magrabi values, in order to increase profitability of the company and promote customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.


  • Holder of HAAD License is a must.
  • 2-4 years of work experience, Retail is a plus.
  • Arabic Speaking is a must.


  • Understand the customer history prior to conducting the eye tests to fully understand the individual cases and support effective resolutions of the health issues by referring complex cases to Magrabi hospitals.
  • Responsible for conducting the eye test procedures as per Magrabi standards to customers to ensure providing an accurate and precise prescription.
  • Attend to customers who visit the store, understand their requirements and explain the different solutions to provide them more information of Magrabi products and services and thereby support the achievement of customer satisfaction and sales revenues.
  • Carry out timely update of records with customer data in accord with defined procedures to facilitate maintenance of records for future reference.
  • Carry out fitting and checking prescribed lenses in order to correct vision defects offering advice and reassurance about vision-related matters and help clients in choosing frames and lenses to provide the best fitting solutions.
  • Liaise with sales representatives and vision care product suppliers to provide insight to technical specification of products, in line with market trends and current and future client requirements to facilitate obtaining the best services for Magrabi.
  • Support sales initiatives and sales staff by providing technical input and advice to customers on state of the art eye ware solutions.
  • Achieve defined sales targets with regard to selling eyeglasses, sunglasses, contact lenses and other accessories, by creating effective client relationships and promoting Magrabi services.
  • Ensure adherence to general cleanliness and hygiene standards in test room and conduct effective maintenance of all related testing equipment to support effective operations.
