JOB PURPOSE

Associate Rewards & Benefits Manager primary objective is to develop, implement, and oversee the organization's total rewards programs. Responsible for designing and administering competitive compensation, benefits, and recognition strategies that attract, retain, and motivate top talent. Additionally, this role will play a key role in analyzing market trends, evaluating the effectiveness of existing programs, and recommending enhancements to ensure alignment with organizational objectives and industry best practices. Contributions will directly impact employee satisfaction, engagement, and overall organizational success.

 
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration or any related field.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, interpretation, and reporting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively to diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong presentation skills are essential for communicating compensation and benefits strategies to management and employees.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy, particularly when managing sensitive employee data and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Familiar with working in a multicultural teams and environment.
  • 7 -10 years of experience in rewards & benefits across multiple locations, ideally in a rapid-growth company.
  • Solid knowledge of job evaluation and/or job grading methodologies, career architecture frameworks, and Mercer experience is a plus.
  • Hands on knowledge/know how and ownership to medical insurance programs.
  • Ability to utilize HRIS systems and advanced Excel skills to analyze compensation and benefits data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement a rewards strategy that aligns with the organization's compensation philosophy and company strategy.
  • Partner with finance and HR leadership to develop, monitor, and manage budgets for compensation and benefits programs. Track expenses, forecast costs, and recommend adjustments to ensure cost-effectiveness and budget compliance.
  • Analyze compensation and benefits data to identify trends, evaluate program effectiveness, and make recommendations for enhancements as well as preparing regular reports and presentations for senior management on compensation and benefits metrics and trends.
  • Provide support and assistance with a range of reward initiatives, including pay review benchmarking, remuneration and competitive salary structures.
  • Conduct regular job evaluations and market analysis to determine the competitiveness of the organization's compensation and benefits programs.
  • Partner with Finance to ensure compliance with financial metrics of the reward programs.
  • Build corporate deals and benefits portfolio such as medical insurance and wellness plans, retirement savings plans, and other employee perks.
  • Collaborate with external vendors and stakeholders, such as benefits providers and consultants, to ensure the effective delivery.
  • Own and manage the medical programs across the region.
