JOB PURPOSE
B2B Lead will be responsible for business development opportunities with various entities as insurance companies, banks, and telecom firms. Also, he/she will be responsible for managing and evaluating the relationships/contracts & agreements for the existing accounts to eliminate under profitable accounts and achieve departmental goals.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS/ EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE/ TRAINING/ TECHNICAL SKILLS
Qualifications and Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a relevant field.
- Effective communication skills, commercial awareness, and reporting abilities.
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position within sales operations at medical insurance company including at least 2 years of experience in a retail industry.
- Demonstrated track record of success, having successfully sealed deals with major insurance companies, banks, or telecom companies.
- Independently managed the entire end-to-end process.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build & maintain relationships with insurance companies to enhance the insurance sales.
- Responsible for end-to-end sales cycle till closing deals.
- Forecasting the sales activity to achieve revenues.
- Expansion of current accounts and creating new ones to achieve business growth.
- Analyze the legal framework for B2B agreements in Egypt to ensure the compliance with regulations.
- Follow up with accounting team to ensure timely payments.
- Conduct financial simulations & business case presentations to investment committees.
