JOB PURPOSE
The L&D Senior Executive will be responsible for ensuring the learning & development needs of the company are being met, with a long-term talent development in mind.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in any of the relevant fields.
- 3-5 years of experience in L&D preferably in the retail industry.
- Proficient in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Deliver internal training is a plus.
- Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices
- Vendors Management experience
- Experience in project management and budgeting
JOB RESPONSABILITIES
- Evaluate individual and organizational development needs.
- Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities.
- Build & manage yearly L&D budget.
- Track budgets and negotiate vendors offers.
- Design and deliver e-learning courses, workshops and other trainings.
- Help managers develop their team members through career pathing (technical tracks).
- Create and execute learning strategies and programs.
- Extract LMS data for analysis. Provide reports on the status of training completions, effectiveness, and other operational metrics.
- Deliver training content via eLearning or virtual or classroom when needed.
- Manage our e-learning platforms to boost the engagement level.
- Create a global catalogue for all vendors across regions.
