Learning & Development Senior Executive

JOB PURPOSE

The L&D Senior Executive will be responsible for ensuring the learning & development needs of the company are being met, with a long-term talent development in mind.

 

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in any of the relevant fields.
  • 3-5 years of experience in L&D preferably in the retail industry.
  • Proficient in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Deliver internal training is a plus.
  • Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices
  • Vendors Management experience
  • Experience in project management and budgeting

 

JOB RESPONSABILITIES

  • Evaluate individual and organizational development needs.
  • Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities.
  • Build & manage yearly L&D budget.
  • Track budgets and negotiate vendors offers.
  • Design and deliver e-learning courses, workshops and other trainings.
  • Help managers develop their team members through career pathing (technical tracks).
  • Create and execute learning strategies and programs.
  • Extract LMS data for analysis. Provide reports on the status of training completions, effectiveness, and other operational metrics.
  • Deliver training content via eLearning or virtual or classroom when needed.
  • Manage our e-learning platforms to boost the engagement level.
  • Create a global catalogue for all vendors across regions.
