Senior CRM Executive

Job Purpose

The Senior CRM Executive main responsibility is customer relationship across MAGRABi online store and physical locations as well as customer lifecycle campaigns and projects aligned with our CRM strategy. This role requires collaboration with other departments to craft impactful communications across channels.

 

Qualifications and Education:

      • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or any similar field.
      • Communication skills, Organizational skills and Analytical skills are essential in addition to having great abilities with the Microsoft Office programs (excel, power point...etc)
      • Basic understanding on how to work with CRM platforms (Emarsys or any similar CRM platform)
      • Basic understanding of HTML is a plus

Experience:

  • 2-3 years’ experience in any relevant experience.
  • Hands-on experience in CRM, campaign management. (E-Commerce, Retail or Service based industry “Airlines, banks...etc)

 

Job Responsibilities 

  • Execute data driven marketing campaigns (Acquisition, retention and reactivation) through different channels (WhatsApp, SMS, Emails, Web notifications...etc) to target different customers segments
  • Manage and setup marketing automated journeys across all product categories.
  • Track and optimize all campaigns & marketing automation activities to maximize ROI.
  • Identify new opportunities proactively to boost CRM KPIs like retention rate, repeat and lapsed customers reactivation.
  • Manage the internal and external resources and assets needed for the execution of campaigns & automation activities (i.e. data, content, logistics etc )
  • Ensure cross-functional cooperation and alignment with all stakeholders involved in the execution of CRM activities (Ex: Creative, Performance, Merchandising, Operations & Customer Service)
  • Prepare weekly CRM country dashboard and recurrent reports.
  • Implement and monitor customer data gathering activities and initiatives in stores to ensure data accuracy.
