Senior FP&A Executive

JOB PURPOSE

FP&A Senior Analys main responsibility is to support in the financial planning and budgeting processes, conduct analysis of financial statements and reports, and support management in making informed decisions and planning for the future.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, accounting or any related field.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Demonstrated expertise in utilizing Microsoft Office suite.
• Proven capacity to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to maintain composure and deliver high-quality results.
• 2 to 4 years of experience in Finance or Accounting role.
• Experience in retail industry is a plus.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct comprehensive review and analyze commercial performance (top line, brand & margins, discounts) to drive decision making.
• Support in budgeting and monthly closing activities to identify variances and prompt action.
• Support in the multi-year planning and forecasting efforts to ensure strategic alignment.
• meet the requirements of the investment committee and streamline its processes.
• Provide stakeholders with regular support to facilitate decision-making.
