Supporting MAGRABi POS application and working closely with stores and other departments (IT support, marketing, Buying & Merchandising, finance, B2B, etc.) to meet the company’s overall strategy and goals.



  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related subject.
  • Minimum 2-5 years of software development experience
  • J2EE Technologies
  • Web Technologies: have a good knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AngularJS, AJAX, JSON, jQuery, XML, and RESTful web service. 
  • Databases: experience in SQL (preferably Oracle PL/SQL).
  • Operating Systems: Windows, Basic knowledge of Linux.
  • Conceptual Knowledge: Software Design Principals, Modeling and Designing with UML, MVC Design patterns, and Microservices Design patterns.
  • Application servers: Oracle WebLogic.
  • Understanding of Infrastructure environments – Cloud



  • Troubleshoot and support store systems applications during UAT and production.
  • Assess store systems applications issues.
  • Recommend new or enhanced technologies that could improve current systems.
  • React to high-severity issues that require immediate attention.
  • Work with multiple teams for successful resolution of issues and incidents.
  • Maintain and update technical documents and procedures.
  • Execute daily/on-demand operations and administration.
  • Check DB app errors and application error logs.
  • Execution of DB scripts/extracts as needed.
