The Senior Marketing and Communications Manager is responsible for the development and supervision of all MAGRABi marketing and communications strategies. This individual will oversee the development of goals, strategies, and implementation plans to execute comprehensive marketing campaigns



  • Bachelor and/ or master's degree in marketing, communications, and/or public relations.
  • Strong understanding of BI and Marketing mix
  • Solid experience in managing ATL and BTL activities
  • Sound understanding of communication practices and procedures and ability and experience to analyze marketing trends
  • Minimum 12 total years background in a similar position.
  • Regional experience across Middl East




  • Developing, executing, and governing marketing strategies, plans and programs for engaging the various stakeholders as per the business strategy and working closely with business representatives, Creative, PR and Operations for ensuring content alignment and feasibility of the concepts and programs at business level.
  • Responsible to direct, implement, monitor, and design & evaluate marketing communications strategies and programs, that promote products and/and brand equity the various communication mediums (Including OOH, PR, social media).
  • Responsible to perform market research to determine the need and interest of the company, and overseeing market data analysis and evaluation
  • Build cross functional relationships with organizational stakeholders (creative, digital, BUAM and Operations) to understand products, customers, industry and develop a focused marcom program.
  • Establishing coherent internal and external messaging and brand equity, and managing digital content, media and PR strategy and structure to ensure maximum sales support and traction.
  • Defining key targets and quality metrics for marketing communications initiatives and reviewing and evaluating results upon completion of the activities.
  • Developing pricing and budgeting strategies
  • Obtaining necessary consent and providing final approval on all marketing collateral, products, and promotions
  • Coordinating with and managing social media and OOH agency and partners
